THE HOLIDAY SHOW
As Kalaveshi Arts turns two this November, we’re taking a moment to celebrate how far we’ve come, and everyone who’s made it possible. We consider every artist who has shared their work with us part of our story and our creative community. To mark this milestone, we’re hosting an non-juried Holiday Show featuring artwork from our founders and from all artists who have participated in our past five juried exhibitions. This special exhibition is our way of saying thank you for helping shape the Kalaveshi Arts community.
What to Submit
Artwork should be smaller than 22 inches (including frame). There is no designated theme, but since this is a holiday show, we encourage you to think about what might make a great gift or capture the warmth and spirit of the season - pieces that are both appealing and affordably priced for buyers. While this is not a juried show, you may submit up to three pieces. We’ll ensure that each artist has at least one piece of artwork included, or more, as space allows.

Exhibit: November 21 - December 21

Deadline for Submission: Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM

Notification of Accepted Works: Sunday, November 9, 2025 at 6 PM

Artwork Drop-Off:
- Tuesday, November 11, 11 AM – 4 PM
- Wednesday, November 12, 11 AM – 4 PM at Kalaveshi Arts -
Opening Reception: Sunday, November 23, 4-6 PM

Artwork Pick-Up: Monday, December 22, 12 – 3 PM

THE DETAILS
Eligibility

Open ONLY to artists who have participated in previous Kalaveshi Arts juried exhibitions

2D original artworks only
-
Maximum artwork size: 22 inches (including frame)

Artwork on paper must be framed; artwork on canvas may be unframed, however it must have finished edges
-
Artwork must be ready to hang - no sawtooth hangers (artworks not wired will not be accepted)

Up to three completed artworks may be submitted

All works must be for sale
-
Accepted mediums: painting, mixed media, drawing, collage, printmaking, fiber art, and fine art photography

No digital paintings, AI-generated art, or giclée prints
Entry Details

Upload high-quality images of your artworks

IMPORTANT: before uploading the images, please make sure you name each image file as follows:
artist name_title of artwork_medium_size
for example: johnsmith_the desert_oil_12x12
This helps us organize the files faster and easier and prevents any spelling errors from happening. -
Accepted file formats: JPG or PNG

Fees:
• First entry – $20
• Second and third entries – $5 each additional -
Artwork must be delivered in person - no shipping accepted

Artwork must be collected only on or after the scheduled pick-up date - no exceptions
Sales
Kalaveshi Arts retains a 30% commission on all sales.
Legal
By submitting artwork, artists acknowledge and agree to all stated conditions. Kalaveshi Arts will exercise reasonable care in handling, storage, and exhibition of all works; however, the gallery assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during transit, storage, or display.
