*Guest Capacity: The package price of $350 includes 10 total participants. You have the option to add up to 2 additional participants for $25 each when booking.​

 

*Parent Pick-Up & Drop-Off: Our studio is a cozy, intimate space, so for your safety and comfort, we have a total capacity of 13 guests. If your party has the maximum number of children attending (12), only one parent/adult will be able to attend. We recommend that your guests' parents drop their children off.

Deposit: There is a $50 deposit required to reserve your party's date and time. The remainder is due the day of your party.

*Professional Photography Add-On (Optional): For an additional $100, we can capture the magic for you! You’ll receive 15 professionally edited photos, emailed to you after the party within one week.

BYOF: We will provide a dedicated space for you to enjoy food, drinks, and cake. Please plan to provide your own food - we will provide the plates, napkins, cups, and utensils. Kalaveshi Arts is not responsible for any issues that arise due to food allergies and/or dietary restrictions.

Cancellation Policy: If your plans change, we offer a 90% refund as long as you cancel prior to one week before the event (the 10% covers our processing fees). You may also reschedule your party to another available date and time, without any processing fees.
